The Pasadena group is a major software technology division of Transdev. It has multiple development teams working on several products. These software teams include Mobile App team, Website team, Backend Team, QA team, IVR team in addition to products and projects management teams. As a free-standing division of Transdev, Transportation On-Demand, the group has the resources of a global powerhouse and the focus and responsiveness of a boutique tech company.


The Project Manager will focus orchestrating the relationships between Product Management teams, Development teams, Quality Assurance teams and Operations teams.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery calendar for all products, acting as an expediter and orchestrator between all teams to ensure delivery dates and commitments are met.

In executing these responsibilities the successful candidate will:

  • Plan and implement projects

  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Create project schedule and timeline

  • Track deliverables

  • Monitor and report on project progress

  • Present to stakeholders

  • Successfully partner with all parties to quickly and efficiently release products

  • Manage multiple projects with shifting and competing priorities

  • Define and report on KPIs that skew the delivery teams toward constant improvement

  • Proven experience in managing: complex software, infrastructure and operations projects across teams that are geographically dispersed



  • Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science.


  • 5+ years of experience in software project management

  • 2+ years of experience with Scrum methodology

  • Experience with Web, Mobile, Back-end, Infrastructure and Operational projects

  • Experience managing multiple projects in a scaled agile software development environment

  • Ability to explain complex messages in easily understandable language

  • Experienced delivering in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment

  • Combines creativity, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle

  • Willing to travel up to 20%

  • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

  • 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities

  • Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.

  • The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
