The primary focus of this position is to recruit for field management positions for proposed business and corporate positions. The individual will work in a fast paced environment, with ever changing requisition types. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and is based in our Lombard, IL office.
Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process.
Considerable skill needed in various sourcing methodologies, interviewing techniques.
Strong consultative skills needed to build candidate relationships, evaluate, and recommend candidates for both current openings and building a talent bench.
Pro-actively understand hiring managers needs and provide high communication and follow up to candidates, internal colleagues and hiring managers.
Must have extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Responsible for building a pipeline to support key, fundamental positions for both proposed business and support existing key and corporate manager backfills.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
Bachelor’s Degree preferable or any combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience, with at least 2 years’ experience in a corporate setting.
Strong experience with ATS systems and technical proficiency.
Proven experience with various sourcing methodologies.
Strong analytical skills, interpret and generate reports on candidate pipelines, open requisitions, recruiting metrics and talent markets.
Ability to research and source passive candidates.
