About the Role

This position's starting salary is $100,000 and up (Depending on experience). This is for proposed business and all offers are contingent upon Transdev's award of the contract in El Monte, California.


  • Coordinate the daily transit operations' dispatching, in-service monitoring, and turn-in activities.

  • Work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure that vehicles dispatched are in proper working conditions.

  • Recommends and disciplines operations and personnel.


  • At least 5-7 years of experience in ADA paratransit service.

  • 3-5 years as an Operations Manager or Assistant General Manager role.

  • Must have good communication skills.High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2 years of transit supervisory or management experience preferred
