Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Elaborate the timeline of operational and maintenance tasks to be performed for successful integration of acquired entities
Coordinate the interaction of internal and external stakeholders to accomplish assigned integration tasks in a timely manner
Perform due diligence analyses for all operations and maintenance-related assets following the acquisition of entities
Plan and execute on-site visits to present recommendations to improve operational and maintenance performance
Support the deployment and maintenance of the organization’s performance monitoring system
Collaborate with the operational and finance teams to produce the monthly contract performance analysis and reports
Oversee the midterm fleet management process
Support the performance department in the accomplishment of various tasks and projects
Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements
Post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g.: Engineering, Project Management, etc.)
A minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation operations (experience in passenger transportation is considered an asset)
Experience with the management of ERP or EAM software solutions
Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and prioritize various demands
Capacity to understand the financial implications of operational decisions
Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Power BI)
Knowledge of technical issues and an extensive body of rules, regulations, procedures and operational issues related to the electrification of transportation in Canada
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in French
Bilingualism (considered an asset)
Job requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional travel
