Reporting to the Director of People and Talent Development, you will support the human resources team, with responsibilities including:
Participate in workforce forecasting analysis (weekly monitoring of departures and exit interviews);
Provide support to managers in staffing matters and grant files;
Conduct benchmark analysis of different competitors;
Work on pan-Canadian mandates;
Participate in the recruitment, welcoming and integration of employees;
Prepare progress reports for senior management.
You are an energetic and enthusiastic person. You have a positive outlook and genuine creativity. But above all, you have great interpersonal skills and team spirit is your primary driving force.
In the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills;
Ability to communicate and popularize information through graphs and dashboards;
Ability to tell stories through numbers and data;
Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously;
Judicious use of enterprise software platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite (Notably Excel);
Strong aptitude for data and creating graphs;
Fluent in French and English (both oral and written).
Full time (40 hours);
Internship from September 7, 2021 to December 17, 2021 with possibility of extension.
